Want to escape next winter? Want to run a destination race? Want to finally see the Holyland? Want to take a travel adventure with me? I'm planning to take another group to the Holyland next year approximately Jan 30-Feb 7th. At the Dead Sea there is a race with your choice of an ultramarathon, a marathon, a half marathon, a 10K and a 5K. This race is completely optional. You can stay at the hotel and enjoy the food & pool or a soak in the sea. I need to have an idea of people interested before I can put together the package price. I promise you won't regret this trip. It is fully guided by a Christian tour guide from Jerusalem and will include hotels, sites and most meals. Let me know if you're interested.

Over 75 Continuing Education hours completed in 1.5 years. Over 3x what IN requires. I know you have choices for PFPT, but ask about their years of experience and the amount of education they take in the field. I strive to give my patients the very best.

Happy 8th anniversary to TLC! Thank you to all of the patients who have chosen us for your physical therapy care over these 8 years! I will always continue to provide 1 on 1 patient care with the highest level of skill that I can bring. Keep up with that home program and drink some water! It's hot out there! 🥂🎉🎊

So, I promised fun toilet pictures, but this is my first trip abroad when I have not encountered anything odd. So, here's a picture of a good bidet set up. Notice the little towels to dry your bum. The first hotel I was at had none and I found myself sitting to air dry 😂🤪. My biggest complaint is the height of the toilets. Not good for the pelvic floor. ❌️
