Happy 8th anniversary to TLC! Thank you to all of the patients who have chosen us for your physical therapy care over these 8 years! So, I promised fun toilet pictures, but this is my first trip abroad when I have not encountered anything odd. So, here's a picture of a good bidet set up. Notice the little towels to dry your bum. The first hotel I was at had none and I found myself sitting to air dry 😂🤪. My biggest complaint is the height of the toilets. Not good for the pelvic floor. ❌️

On the recommendation of a patient, I use my Mozy blanket wrap at soccer. Complete with a pocket for your phone! It was freezing in that wind Saturday afternoon. 🥶
