A 14 year old child is missing. Madison(goes by Ever) has been missing since yesterday from Lowell Indiana and was last seen a few hours ago at Roselawn Compass Travel Center. IF SEEN PLEASE CONTACT THE POLICE IMMEDIATELY!

I have attached the missing poster and am asking that you share it to get the word out and get people familiar with her face.

There is a photo of what she was last seen wearing in the comments.

As Thanksgiving approaches, many of us feel the weight of who’s missing at the table as much as we feel gratitude for who’s still here. Grief has a way of showing up uninvited, in memories, traditions, and quiet moments between laughter.

If this season feels heavy, know you’re not alone. It’s okay to step away, to cry, to laugh, to remember. Gratitude doesn’t erase grief; it simply reminds us that love still lives on.

Holding space for everyone navigating both this Thanksgiving.

As Halloween approaches, it’s a fun time for costumes, candy, and spooky vibes, but it can also bring up stress, anxiety, or difficult feelings for some. That’s completely okay.

Here are a few reminders to take care of your mental health this season:

Know your limits – If parties, crowds, or scary movies feel overwhelming, it’s okay to say no.

Create comfort – Enjoy cozy traditions like pumpkin carving, decorating, or handing out candy instead of high-energy events.

Watch your triggers – Horror themes, gore, or even costumes can sometimes stir up tough emotions. Give yourself permission to step away.

Stay grounded – Keep your regular self-care routines like rest, healthy meals, and movement.

Reach out – If you’re struggling, talk to a friend, loved one, or professional. You don’t have to carry it alone.

Halloween should be fun, not frightening for your well-being. Take care of yourself and celebrate in a way that feels safe and joyful for you.

Your Mind Matters. Your Heart Matters. YOU Matter.

We live in a world where it’s easy to put on a smile while quietly carrying heavy burdens. But the truth is, mental health is the foundation of everything. It shapes how we see ourselves, how we connect with others, and how we move through each day.

Taking care of your mental health isn’t selfish, it’s powerful. It’s choosing to honor your worth, your peace, and your future.

* Rest when you need rest.
* Speak your truth, even if your voice shakes.
* Ask for help because strength is found in connection.
* Choose kindness, starting with yourself.

You never know whose life you might touch by sharing hope and compassion. Together, we can build a world where it’s safe to heal, safe to grow, and safe to simply be human.

Your mental health is not a side note in life’s story, it’s the main chapter. Keep writing it with courage and love.

World Mental Health Day

Today is a reminder that mental health is health. Just as we care for our physical well-being, it’s important to care for our emotional and psychological well-being, too.

This year’s focus is on raising awareness, breaking stigma, and ensuring that support is accessible to everyone. Taking the step to talk about mental health, whether with a professional, a loved one, or within your community, can make a real difference.

- Remember: It’s okay to ask for help.
- It’s okay to take time for yourself.
- It’s okay to not be okay.

Together, let’s continue building a world where mental health is understood, respected, and prioritized.
