If you choose to venture out this evening, please take mindful precautions. Leave early. Drive carefully. Leave some room between yourself and others. Be aware of your footing once out of your vehicle and on the pavement. And remote-start your car in the hallway after class if you can 😉

Congratulations and well done to these powerful yogis who each completed 𝟭𝟬𝟴 𝗦𝗨𝗡 𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗨𝗧𝗘𝗦 to ring in this first day of the new year 💪🏻🎉

Sore arms, flushed faces, but big, happy smiles at the end. We heard a lot of, “Wow. I didn’t know I could do that!”

Take that energy into 2026, friends. You can do hard things if you stick with it and breathe. Yoga is a great way to practice for challenges you face off the mat.

We would truly love to be offering more classes in the new year, but we need the attendance to match. Like many small, local businesses, this period of economic decline has been difficult and resulted in some adaptations and pivots in order for us to keep our doors open most days of the week.

We know better than anyone how easy it can be to slide off the mat and out of regular practice. But every time you finally get back on, during that long-missed savasana, don't we all think the same thing?

We have two seasonal class pass sales still going until the end of February that can make practice affordable - up to $5 off per class.

We’re still hosting our 5:30 and 7:00 PM classes tonight, 12/10, and we can’t wait to see you there!

Please be cautious while driving and walking in parking lots this evening, as there is ice forming as the temperature drops.

We are waiving late cancel fees [tonight only] so if you don’t feel comfortable driving or being out, we’ll see you for another class at another time. Be safe!

Hey all, unfortunately we have cancelled tomorrow morning’s (12/10) 7 AM class as a precaution for potential icy road conditions.
