March schedule is live and we have all of your favorites Monday-Thursday at 6:30pm and your beloved Saturday morning offerings at 9 & 10:30am all month!

✨Check out our 2 special events this month:
🔺*RESCHEDULED TO APRIL 11th - Saturday March 14th 12-2pm join Annie for ANCHORED: How to befriend and tend your nervous system. Get to know your autonomic hierarchy and your vagus nerve. Engage in practices and activate healing capacities to connect with yourself and the social world.
🔻Sunday March 22nd 1-3pm join for our next Fascia Wellness & Full Body Release. Tension, tightness, and chronic discomfort often have one root cause: restricted fascia - the connective tissue that surrounds and supports everything in your body.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to gently release those restrictions using supportive tools like therapy balls and bolsters. These techniques are simple, accessible, and incredibly effective.

📣 Per your request we are giving Friday mornings a shot! Check out our new class offered twice this month at 8am NOURISH FLOW ~ this gentle 1 hour practice will combine pranayama, mantra & asana to close out your week and prepare for the weekend.

💜 Meet Rachael! The newest member of our HYS Team and your guide for Monday, Tuesday & Friday practices! We are honored to have Rachael begin her teaching journey with us and so excited for you to meet her! Rachael’s classes begin this Monday and you can read more about her below!

🌺 Hi, I’m Rachael! I believe my dharma in this lifetime is to integrate ancient wisdom in modern times. My classes are rooted in deep yogic philosophy, where we can find connection to all the
great wisdom of this practice not just through asana, but also exploring mantra, pranayama, and
ayurveda. I serve as a guide for you to find your true inner being. I like fiery class, but as a Capricorn I also find so much value in the grounding practices. I invite you to join me in class to get to know what’s in your heart, to shed, cultivate, and most of all let this practice nurture and nourish your mind, body, and soul!
