Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 lemons
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish

Combine the juice and zest of one lemon, olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to make the marinade. Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
