Today we got into the Easter spirit with a fun and festive activity, building Easter cookie houses! 🐣
We had a wonderful time decorating and getting creative, and we even turned it into a friendly competition. It took about 45 minutes to carefully put our cookie houses together… and only a few minutes to happily tear them down and enjoy the sweet treats inside! 😄
Laughter, teamwork, and a little bit of sugar made for a perfect day. 💛

Someone got to take a ride in the jeep today for an appointment and was treated to a milkshake afterwards! When I asked if she wanted to ride with the top down she said “let’s do it!” 😂😂 Well, we didnt have time for that, but she did look pretty cool with her shades on!! 😎✌🏼🫶🏼

We’re a 6-bed residential assisted living care home looking for caring, dependable caregivers to join our team ❤️

✨ Available Shifts:
🕖 7 AM – 3 PM
🌆 3 PM – 11 PM
🌙 11 PM – 7 AM

👩‍⚕️ What You’ll Do:
• Help residents with daily care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Provide companionship and support
• Assist with meals & light housekeeping
• Help keep a safe, comfortable home environment
•You may be asked to sing and dance 🙃

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Caring and reliable individuals
• Experience preferred (but we can train the right person!)
• Team player with a positive attitude

🐓🥚 Introducing… Your Next Chapter Chicken Fund! 🥚🐓

At Jason’s Place, we believe every chapter of life should be filled with joy, laughter, and a few farm-fresh eggs.
Our resident hens have been very busy lately and producing more eggs than we can keep up with! So we’re excited to share them with our residents’ families and guests.

Meet the ladies behind the eggs: Henrietta, Chicken Nugget, Lucy, Ethel, Ginger, Olive, and the legendary Cluck Norris.

If you’d like some of our fresh eggs, feel free to grab some when available. Donations are always appreciated but never required.
Every dollar goes directly to our Resident Activities & Outings Fund — helping support things like birthday celebrations, outings, supplies, games, special experiences for our residents, and some might go towards treats for the hens for their hard work! 🐛

Because at Your Next Chapter, we believe the best chapters are the ones filled with community. ❤️

🎨 Cognitive Stimulation – Creative projects help keep the mind active, encourage memory recall, and promote problem-solving.
🖐 Fine Motor Skills – Painting, coloring, crafting, and other hands-on activities help maintain dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
🧍 Gross Motor Skills – Many of our activities involve movement, reaching, and coordination, helping residents stay physically engaged and active.
Most importantly, these moments bring joy, connection, and a sense of accomplishment. We believe meaningful engagement is just as important as care. 💫
