Hi everyone! Just wanting to share a quick life/business update.

I am going to be closing my massage practice in Van Alstyne as of 5/14, but continuing my work alongside the amazing chiropractors at Countryside Chiropractic in McKinney.

I wanted to thank you all sooo much for supporting me, and trusting me with your care, it means more to me than you know!

Hi everyone!
I can’t believe it’s already December 🤯
The holidays can be beautiful and magical. But they also bring on extra stress, chaos, and for some of us they can be a really heavy time of year. If you’re feeling any of that, remember to give yourself a moment to just breathe.
