In Touch Counseling Services was founded in the belief that no one should ever feel out of reach from the help they desire and need. So many of us are running around to manage the necessities of life and fulfill the needs of others that it feels impossible at times to take the steps we know are important to bring ourselves to a place of peace. It is only when we are fully at peace that we can build the betterment of our own lives, as well as impact people and world around us in a positive and lasting manner. With this kind of lifestyle, we find ourselves saying, “Yes, having someone to turn to that could help me work through my fears, anxieties, personal or profession stresses, depressions, and/or lack of coping skills would be amazing, but who has the time?” I understand these time constraints better than most, which is why In Touch Counseling was created. What I do is provide you with the opportunity to enhance your life for the better through online counseling. In order for this to be successful, just like in any counseling session, total honesty, mutual respect, and confidentiality is essential. Through Zoom, we are able to face-to-face conference with the option to incorporate group sessions when necessary.

So, as a counselor, I hear the word Narcissist thrown around both justifiably AND unjustifiably. I love this video because it shows the full spectrum of narcissism, not just someone who is selfish. If you are questioning your relationship (romantic or otherwise), don’t battle it in solitude. There are many people who can help you to navigate your situation.
