We are a 140 bed nursing facility, licensed by the State of Arkansas to operate as a skilled nursing facility.

We employ over 100 qualified staff members to help meet the needs of our residents. We are certified to participate as a provider of Medicare and Medicaid services by the federal agency, CMS.

Our Family Christmas Party was truly a beautiful day to remember. ❤️ Seeing our residents surrounded by family, friends, laughter, and holiday cheer warmed our hearts more than words can say. The smiles, hugs, and joy shared throughout the room reminded us what this season is all about—love, togetherness, and making memories.

We would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our amazing community, everyone who picked an angel, and Project Compassion for their generosity and kindness. Your support helped make this Christmas extra special for our residents, and we are so grateful for each of you. 🎄✨ Moments like these truly mean everything to us.

What a wonderful time we had at our staff Christmas party today! 🎄✨ From fun games and exciting door prizes to tons of delicious food, the laughter and holiday spirit were flowing. We are so grateful for each and every one of our staff members—thank you for the amazing care, compassion, and dedication you show our residents every single day. Whoville Wednesday was in full swing today! 💚🎄 Our staff showed up dressed like Whos straight out of Whoville—bright colors, big smiles, and tons of holiday cheer. But beware… the Grinch may have been lurking around trying to steal the fun! 😈✨ We loved seeing everyone join in and spread the Christmas spirit today!

Christmas Spirit Week is in full swing, and today we cozied up for Christmas Flannel Day! ❤️🎄 From festive plaids to warm holiday vibes, our staff and residents showed up comfy, cheerful, and full of Christmas spirit. We loved seeing all the flannel and smiling faces—what a fun way to keep spreading the holiday cheer! 🎅✨

Our halls were once again filled with Christmas cheer today as students from Alma Schools stopped by to go caroling for our residents 🎶🎄 Their joyful voices brought so many smiles and warmed our hearts. Thank you to the amazing students and staff of Alma High School for taking the time to spread holiday happiness and make our residents’ day so special! ❤️

Today our halls were filled with beautiful music and holiday cheer as Heart of Hospice and Elite Home Health came to carol for our residents 🎶🎄 The smiles, joy, and warmth it brought to everyone’s hearts were truly special. Thank you, Heart of Hospice, for sharing your time, kindness, and Christmas spirit with our residents—we are so grateful! ❤️

✨ What an incredible day at the Hearts of Gold 5K Run & Walk! ✨

We are honored to support and celebrate 53 years of Project Compassion, whose dedication to providing companionship and love to long-term care residents continues to make a meaningful difference every single day.

We had so much fun being part of this amazing event in honor of Dr. Eric J. Stein. It was truly inspiring to see our community come together with so much energy, joy, and heart. 💛👟
