Consider the men you know. Statistically, 1 in 10 of them is fighting a silent battle with depression or anxiety. Now, the harder fact: less than half of them will seek help.

This isn't a personal failure. It's a societal one. We've made it harder for men to talk about their feelings than to suffer in silence. The devastating cost is a su***de rate 4x higher than women's.

How can you help?

🧠Check in: Ask your friends, "How are you really?" and be prepared to listen.

🧠Normalize it: Talk openly about mental health, therapy, and stress.

🧠Share resources: Let them know that help is available and effective.
