Our Employee Christmas Party was a huge success! 🎄✨

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make it such a wonderful day. It was the perfect opportunity to show our deepest appreciation for our hardworking, compassionate, and dedicated staff who give so much every day of the year!

A special thank you to Leann, Mandy, Chasity, and Cathy for organizing the fun and very entertaining games that kept everyone laughing and engaged! 🎉

And a huge shout-out to Mireya’s Mexican Food Truck 🌮—thank you for catering and serving up absolutely amazing food. We are so grateful for everyone who helped make this celebration one to remember. ❤️

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of the friends and family who joined us for our Residents’ Christmas Party. Our home was truly filled with love, laughter, and holiday cheer! ❤️🎄

Residents enjoyed delicious catered Mexican cuisine, cake and cupcakes for dessert, plenty of present opening, and even a special surprise visit from Santa himself! 🎅🎁

Seeing the joy and smiles on our residents’ faces is what it’s all about. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for the continued love and support you share with our Riverways Manor family. It truly means the world to us. ✨

Here at Riverways Manor, we’re preparing for the most wonderful time of the year, and the holiday spirit is in full swing! We’ve already hosted our cheerful Pictures with Santa event and enjoyed some exciting 50/50 Bingo fun. We even have the most adorable hot chocolate stand set up by the Courthouse for everyone to enjoy! ☕❄️

Inside the home, Leann has been hard at work making everything merry and bright, creating a warm and festive atmosphere that our residents truly love. ❤️🌟

✨ Staff Spotlight: Cara Pearl, LPN ✨

Today we are thrilled to highlight Cara Pearl, an incredible nurse who has been serving others with compassion and dedication since 2008. For the past three years, Riverways Manor has been fortunate to call her part of our family.

Cara says the thing she cherishes most about Riverways is the strong, meaningful bond she shares with her work family and the residents she cares for. “We come together with love and support through the tough times, and with laughter and joy through the good. It makes Riverways a true family-oriented place to work,” she shared. This spirit of unity, kindness, and teamwork is something she embodies every single day.

Coworkers admire Cara for her dependability, calm presence, and the genuine warmth she brings to every interaction. Residents appreciate her gentle care, bright smile, and the way she takes the time to listen and connect. She is one of those special people who makes the environment feel brighter just by being in it.

Outside of work, Cara enjoys a creative and joy-filled life. She loves drawing and using art as an outlet to relax and express herself. She also treasures taking mini-vacations with her daughter, Jessica — making memories, exploring new places, and enjoying quality time together. Whether she’s at work or at home, Cara pours her heart into the people she loves.

🌟 Staff Spotlight: Mya Teague 🌟

Today we are excited to shine a light on Mya Teague, a loyal and hardworking member of the Riverways Manor family for the past three years. Mya’s journey with us is a wonderful example of dedication and growth. She first joined our team in housekeeping, where her work ethic and positive attitude quickly stood out. Wanting to do even more for our residents, Mya moved into a NA role and continued pushing herself forward by completing the CNA class. Her commitment didn’t stop there—Mya recently finished the CMT program, further expanding her ability to care for and support our residents.

Mya is known throughout the building as a bright spot in the home. Her cheerful personality, laughter, and fun-loving spirit bring comfort and joy to those around her. Residents enjoy her warm presence, and coworkers appreciate her kindness, teamwork, and willingness to go the extra mile at any moment.

Outside of Riverways Manor, Mya enjoys a full and happy life. She loves spending time with her husband and daughter, cherishing every moment of family togetherness. Mya is also an outdoor enthusiast—she enjoys hunting, fishing, and taking advantage of the beauty nature has to offer. At home, she spends much of her free time caring for and loving on her animals, which bring her endless joy.

We are incredibly grateful to have Mya as part of our team. Her dedication, compassion, and uplifting spirit make Riverways Manor a better place each and every day. Thank you, Mya, for everything you do! 💛
