Van Horne Towncrest Pharmacy patients and community,

We want to thank you for the support over the years. It is with great sadness that we must announce the closure of our Van Horne Towncrest Pharmacy location. This decision was made after much thought, consideration, and reflection. A major consideration to our decision was due to the business practices of pharmacy benefit managers or PBMs, who determine how much we get paid to provide medications and services to our patients. Essentially, we could not afford to keep our operations going in Van Horne, due to insufficient reimbursement to even cover the costs of our operations.

We want to make it very clear that we are still here for you at our other locations. By consolidating our operations, we can continue to provide our pharmacy services for you. Beginning April 1, 2026 (4/1/26) we will transfer all Van Horne prescriptions to our Marengo Towncrest Pharmacy location. We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to continue to care for you at this location. We will continue to offer free local delivery to Van Horne and the surrounding communities. If you choose another pharmacy provider, please let our Van Horne team know and we will do our best to ensure a smooth transition – but we hope you continue to give us this opportunity to serve as your pharmacy.
