Welcome to our facility. Here at Grand Valley, caring for our residents and families is our highest priority. We believe the most effective way to provide compassionate care is to maintain high medical integrity, excellent trained staff and comprehensive rehabilitation program including physical, occupational and speech therapy 6 days a week. We also have 24 hours RN Coverage.
Our team of quality professionals help residents recuperate from surgery, injury or serious illness. Grand Valley residents and families are welcome to visit anytime and watch their favorite T.V. Show on the residents personal bedside T.V.
