As we approach the end of the year, we would like to remind our patients that Dr. Adam Houg will be leaving our practice to begin the next chapter of his career in Columbus. We are incredibly grateful for the care he has provided to our patients and wish him nothing but the best in his future endeavors.

Our practice remains committed to providing seamless, high-quality care. Dr. Po***ck, Dr. Jones, Dr. Adams, along with our Advanced Practice Providers—Julie Moenter, PA, Courtney Linton, PA, and Melisa Keuneke, CNP—are planning to welcome and continue caring for Dr. Houg’s patients.

Attention!! We've been experiencing intermittent computer system outages throughout the week. FYI - This is not a cyber security issue. A good old fashion hardware issue. Our team is actively working to stabilize everything and prevent further interruptions. This includes a pause at this time on the ability to schedule with our practice online.
