🌿 Stress Awareness Month 🌿

April is Stress Awareness Month, a great reminder that stress is a normal part of life, but managing it in healthy ways can make a big difference in how we feel each day. Everyone experiences stress differently and learning how to recognize and cope with it is an important part of overall wellness.

Ways to Help Manage Stress:
1️⃣ Take slow, deep breaths – Simple breathing exercises can help calm the mind and body in moments of stress.
2️⃣ Stay active – Gentle movement like walking, stretching, or chair exercises can help release tension and improve mood.

💃🕺 What a wonderful afternoon at our Senior Dance! 🕺💃

From great music and nonstop dancing to warm fellowship and delicious food, the room was full of smiles all day long. Our door prize raffles added even more fun and excitement. It truly was a special afternoon shared with some incredible people 💚

A heartfelt thank you to Van Wert Council On Aging for partnering with us, Mercy Health Hospice for the delicious cake, and Devon Siano for keeping the dance floor lively as our DJ. Your support helped make this event one to remember!

🎱 The ladies had a great time at the pool table today!

Plenty of smiles, friendly competition, and a few “almost had it” shots made for a fun and relaxing activity. Whether they were lining up the perfect shot or just enjoying the conversation in between turns, it was all about good company and a good time.
