🌟 We Care Spotlight: Victoria Weigner 🌟

This month, we’re thrilled to recognize Victoria Weigner for her outstanding dedication and compassion! Victoria has been serving the residents of Van Wert Manor for 2.5 years, and her commitment truly shines. 💛

She was nominated by Carlee Mead, LPN, for “going above and beyond by coming in early to help on 3rd shift. She completed tasks with care and focus and showed true heart for what she does. I know I can count on her to give 110% when she is here.”

Victoria truly embodies our Core Values of Wholeheartedness and Excellence. 🌼

Her favorite part of her job is spending time with her residents and making them happy! Outside of work, her pride and joy are her two children, Riley and Christian, and she enjoys watching football in her spare time. 🏈

Our residents had such a great time with Sydney the artist, who puts on an amazing show — she plays music connected to the person she’s painting and paints the portrait upside down! 😲🖌️
