When pain becomes “background noise”… it slowly takes over everything.
This patient came to us unsure if physical therapy was even the right step. She had never done PT before. What she did know, was she had persistent back pain and pain in both elbows that wouldn’t go away.
It wasn’t severe enough to stop life…
but it was constant enough to drain it.
After a thorough evaluation, we found something important:
This wasn’t systemic.
This was mechanical.
And that matters, because mechanical problems can be fixed.
Over the next several weeks, she committed to the process. Small improvements, consistent work.
And today…
No back pain.
No elbow pain.
No more “noise.”
She’s spending more time with her kids, moving better at work, and living without that constant distraction.
That’s what the “right plan” and the “right effort” can do.
