☀️ Coffee, camp chairs, and a view of Mount Rainier — my kind of wellness retreat.
Out here, my “home gym” looks like a two-person tent, a blow-up pillow, and a camp stove brewing coffee with friends. And honestly? It’s exactly what my body and brain need.
Science is catching up to what we already know deep down:
🌲 Nature lowers stress hormones and lifts your mood
☀️ Sunlight boosts Vitamin D and helps reset circadian rhythms (better sleep!)
🚶♀️ Time outside supports metabolic health, movement, and overall vitality
💬 Connection — sitting in camp chairs swapping stories is food for the soul
You don’t need a mountain to feel these benefits (though it doesn’t hurt 😉). Even a park walk, barefoot time in your yard, or morning coffee outside gives your body the same reset.
✨ Reminder: sometimes the most powerful wellness tools aren’t in a jar or supplement bottle — they’re outside your tent flap.
