What happens on my Reiki table is pure magic.✨

She came in for her very first session — open-hearted, curious, not knowing exactly what to expect.
Halfway through, her ears started popping nonstop… her energy field was clearing, shifting, releasing.

By the end, she just looked at me and said:
“That was so cool. I’m definitely doing this again. I’m telling all my like-minded friends.”

My birthday was on the Winter Solstice 🌒✨
Which feels so poetic — because this time of year is truly a portal.
The Solstice marks the rebirth of the light…
And the beginning of a 12-day energetic window where the veil is thinner, your intuition is louder, and reflection is everything.

This is a sacred time to pause and ask:

It’s the last day of #25, and I’m sitting on the floor of my Reiki studio that I manifested. Looking at myself in the mirror.

I just finished a morning of Reiki sessions, I saw sisters today who wanted to sit in on each other’s sessions. The girls were so sweet and I could literally hear them RAVING about their sessions as they exited down the stairs. I’m still pinching myself… this is my life?!?! I get to serve clients in my own Reiki studio, built from my dreams, providing clients with their dream Reiki experience?

I’m reflecting on all that was accomplished this year. My, there was a lot! I’m reflecting on the progress made, the lessons learned, feeling so proud of who I am and who I am becoming.

This was the year that taught me that my worth is not in others’ hands or in what I do or do not achieve; my worth is in who I am and it’s in who and what I choose to see when I look in the mirror. I can choose to see a girl who is a work in progress, I can focus on my flaws or the things that haven’t happened yet, I can focus on the people who don’t see me, or that I’m always just short from perfection (or far from it); or I can realize that dreams are becoming reality, I have a community of friends, family, mentors and clients who are rooting for me and supporting me, and that no matter what I do or don’t do, or who I do or don’t love, what I do or don’t believe, or what I say or don’t say, whether I make money or not, I am always whole, complete, capable, worthy, loved, loving and able to tune into a higher perspective at any time.

THAT is what makes a legend, a legend. THAT is how someone always come out winning, not matter what happens to or around them in life. And I’m really, really grateful life taught me that lesson this year.

Thank you for being a part of my journey. Thank you for being a part of what makes my life so amazing. Thank you for all the wins and celebrations this year. Thank you for always booking with me. 🫶 And thank you for holding my hand and stepping with me from 25 to 26. It means the world to have you here and to be living this life rooted in purpose and surrounded by love. ❤️
