Help Shape an Age- and Dementia-Friendly Washington – Take the Survey Today!
Body:
Dear [Recipient Name],
Washington State is taking important steps to become a more inclusive, supportive place for people of all ages and abilities—and your voice is essential in this effort.
The Washington State Department of Health is inviting residents to participate in the Age- and Dementia-Friendly Washington Survey, available throughout November. This survey is a key part of developing an Action Plan that will help communities across the state become safer, healthier, and more connected for older adults and those living with dementia.
By sharing your experiences and ideas, you’ll help shape policies and programs that promote dignity, independence, and well-being for everyone.
The survey is available in multiple languages including English, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Somali, Russian, Korean, Ukrainian, and Cambodian.
Let’s build a future where every Washingtonian can thrive as they age.
Thank you for lending your voice to this important initiative!
