November marks 10 years of magic! 🎊
In 2015 I graduated from the Clark College Fitness Trainer Program and set out to make a difference in people's lives through movement. I taught yoga and did mobile personal training for about three years before I was introduced to Reiki and Sound Therapy.
It has been a meandering journey! My business has changed names and locations a handful of times but the heart of it has remained the same. A deep passion for helping others be well and to live a life of fulfillment and joy!
Words cannot describe how grateful I am for all of you who have supported me along the way!
