Your Role Will Involve:
- Working along side outsanding CNA in a 5/1 Patient - Nurse ratio.
- Provide patient care based on individualized plans and current health status.
- Being an integral part of the coordination and delegation of patient care activities.
- Prioritizing patient care based on urgency and need.
- Swiftly executing physician’s care directives and ensuring documentation is pristine.
- Being hands-on with specialized procedures like tracheostomy care, suctioning, and wound management.
- Spearheading emergency responses with clarity and precision.
What We're Looking For:
- An active, unencumbered WA DOH license.
- Willingness to embrace WA DSHS approved AFH qualifications.
- Proactive acquisition of BLS with AED certification within 30 days of joining us.
- A valid TB ppd or gold top serum test (2-step if never done before) within two days of onboarding.
Our Ideal Candidate Would Have:
- Previous RN/LPN experience, familiarity with Ventilator setting.
- Some knowledge in technology and computer systems.

- Position: Full-time, Night Shift (7 pm - 7 am) on Thu, Fri, Sat .
- Competitive Salary: Earn $35.00 - $40.00 per hour.
- Experience: 1 year in Nursing (desired, but not essential).
