Showing up for myself over and over again is how I learned to tend to myself more fully and how I have built the inner world that I have today. These practices of self-discovery and of remembering my spirit is what gave birth to what Two Moons is and I’ve created a special 1:1 intensive for souls who are ready to journey inward, to meet themselves more deeply, remember their truth & to begin walking home to the self with love and intention.

This 1:1 intensive is for anyone who is ready to dive into their healing and self-discovery with gentle guidance and ongoing support. Each session is intuitively guided; shaped by where you are, what’s unfolding, and what your spirit is calling you toward. This monthly commitment to self (a soft & sacred promise to your own growth) includes:

🌿 Three 1:1 sessions each month - deep, intentional spaces for reflection, clarity, and transformation. We can dive into reiki, process what’s been coming up for you or ask the cards for clarity.

🌿 One monthly in-person workshop for my local community, a chance to connect in shared energy and learning. This excludes any special events, retreats or collaborations.

🌿 Full access to all my online courses and offerings. (This excludes Sacred Alignement)

🌿 Continued support and check-ins from me through messaging, because the healing doesn’t stop when the session ends.

🌿 Weekly group shadow work in the app as well as support/community from those also on this path of self-discovery.

I am not here to fix you or to lead you, only to walk beside you, to hold space as you remember who you are beneath the noise, the conditioning, and the forgetting.

This work is an invitation to come home to yourself.
To soften into your truth.
To learn the art of self-tending and presence.
To reawaken the quiet wisdom that already lives within you.

After spending most of my life depressed, angry and anxious; the last 16 years have been dedicated to finding a better way to live.

Mindfulness and tenderly loving myself has been the most healing medicine of all. The happiness and fulfillment i have today was birthed from sitting with myself. By not running away anymore.

I never thought i would ever be so joyful and grateful. And that’s why i happily show others this way. It’s been the most healing experience for my inner being. The trauma healing and self acceptance is beyond measure. 🦋🧘🏻‍♀️🔮🫶🏼

One of the reasons i was able to dive so deeply into mindfulness and the practice of meditation was because of its accessibility.

I downloaded my first mindfulness book for free on Libby with my library card and spent $20 on a shadow work workbook. I used the free plum village meditation app for my guided meditations and dharma talks.

And this is a big reason why i offer so many things for free or donation costs. Many wellness offerings are extremely expensive and just not accessible for most people.

You don’t have to spend all your money to find healing. Some of the best and most impactful healing you’ll do won’t cost you any money. 🔮🦋🧘🏻‍♀️

Take a moment to breathe in

Remind your inner being that you are safe.
You are not trouble.

Let your shoulders fall away from your ears.

I do this when i feel that sense of anxiety and tension start to rise in my chest. That familiar feeling of pressing dread. That’s when i place my hand on my belly and the other on my chest and breathe deeply into my being.

I am safe.
I am not in trouble.
I have built a life of peace and security.

Trauma work and inner healing work is the ongoing process of meeting myself exactly where i am at. Again and again with live and compassion.

I will have a booth this year at Pride Block Party in downtown Vancouver June 13th !

I’m going to have my books there (I’ve written and published several workbooks and a kids mindfulness book!!) and I’ll be offering some mini reiki sessions & readings too.

Starting in June my office hours will also be changing and limited due to moming full time over the summer (schools out!) but I’ll have Thursday evenings and Friday during the day open to see clients for 1:1’s. So get in while I’m hours are this open! ✨🫶🏼

How to awaken your intuition:

this is a very common asked question in my DM’s is how to improve your intuition or tap in. And the best thing that you can do for yourself in this area is to spend time with yourself. Spend time alone in your own head.

Spend time meditating. Spend time journaling about your hopes and dreams your fears anxieties. Spend a lot of time getting to know who you are so that you can stand very firmly in that.

Then when you’re in your voice began To speak to you, you will be able to hear her.

Today’s shadow work challenge prompt is about exploring your relationship with tears.

How do you feel when you cry?
What feelings come up when you cry?
Were you able to express your tears in childhood?

These are all in the lines of questioning when it comes to your relationship with crying.

I hope you are able to feel to cleansing and truly healing nature of tears someday if that’s something you struggle with. I always had a hard time crying and my relationship with tears had alway been very volatile. Crying brought up shame and made me feel weak.

Upon further investigation, crying now makes me feel so deeply connected to myself and to the world around me. I cry when I’m happy, sad, overwhelmed, joyful. Crying is what opens my heart more than anything else.
