If your inner critic has been running the show, it might be time for a kinder way forward. Rooted in Worth is an Internal Family Systems–informed therapy group designed to help you quiet self-criticism, build genuine self-esteem, and reconnect with your most authentic Self.

Beginning January 21, this group meets weekly on Wednesdsays from 5:00–6:30pm. Together, we’ll explore the “parts” that shape your inner world, learn compassionate tools for healing, and create a supportive community rooted in growth and self-trust.

This group is designed for individuals aged 18 and older residing in Oregon, Washington, or Wisconsin who struggle with body image or self-esteem related to their appearance. Together, we'll explore themes of self-worth and body liberation within the larger social contexts of our lives.
