✨ Friendly Reminder ✨

I just want to gently remind everyone about my cancellation policy so we’re all on the same page.

• I require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
• Emergencies or major illnesses do happen — if that’s the case, please let me know as soon as you can and I’ll always do my best to work with you.
• No-shows will no longer receive exceptions.

You should receive both a confirmation email and text when you book, as well as a reminder 24 hours before your appointment, so please keep an eye out for those.

Last-minute cancellations and no-shows are really hard (and often impossible) to fill, and as a small business owner, I’m only paid when I have a client on my table or a product is purchased. When an appointment is missed, it also takes that time away from another client who may have needed it.

Please note: I cannot bill insurance for missed appointments. Being asked to do so puts me in an uncomfortable and illegal position and will result in ending the client relationship.

Thank you so much for understanding, respecting my time, and supporting my small business — I truly appreciate each and every one of you 🖤
