Wow, what a journey it's been! Today, November 13, 2025, we officially celebrate 5 incredible years of owning Mountain Peak Nutritionals! 🎉 Five years ago, we took the leap and bought this amazing company from Jim Massey, ND, and his wife Karen. It's been a true labor of love, building on their legacy and growing this business together as a husband and wife team. 🧑‍🤝‍🧑

We're so grateful 🙏 for every one of you who has supported us along the way. Here's to many more years of helping you reach your peak! ⛰️🥂

Stepping into a room where ambition meets genuine support changes everything🚀. I had the privilege of being surrounded by so many brilliant and talented women entrepreneurs at The Ripple Theory meet-up last night.

As a business owner, the unknown can feel isolating, and admitting those fears can be tough. But co-founders Brianna Finney and Shannon Stewart have created something truly special: a "safe" space 💖where you can be both the ambitious professional and the one still figuring things out.
