Uptown Sports Medicine LLC offers corrective exercise prescription, and bio-mechanical evaluations, for those who have a specific medical fitness needs. Our staff will communicate directly with your health care provider to formulate a safe and effective program tailored to you! Meet our Athletic Trainers:

Adrian Cagigas MA,ATC/L is a Licensed Athletic Trainer with the Washington State Department of Health and is Certified with the National Athletic Trainers Association. He holds a Masters degree in Human Performance/Sports Medicine form San Jose State University and a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology/Athletic Training from Humboldt State University. Before opening Uptown Sports Medicine LLC in July 2015, Adrian was the Fitness and Wellness Director at Cub Green Meadows in Vancouver, Wa as well as the Head Athletic Trainer for Evergreen High School. Prior to moving to the Pacific Northwest Adrian Worked for T.E.A.M Clinic in Santa Clara Ca where he provided rehabilitation of athletic based injuries for patients, members of the San Jose Earthquakes, and professional tri-athletes. Athletic Trainer for Stanford University where he worked directly with the football, woman's gymnastics, and softball teams. Adrian is married to his beautiful wife Megan and has two great kids, Kai and Cruz. Adrian's hobbies include: fishing, playing guitar, hiking, and spending time with his family.
