Still thinking about the climb up Camelback Mountain 🏜️
3 miles.
Over 1,500 feet of elevation gain.
Steep, rocky, exposed, and considered one of the more dangerous hikes in Arizona.
It tested my lungs, my legs, and my mindset.
But the most powerful part of the climb? Meeting Donny — who has one leg — and watching him make that mountain look small.
He passed me.
Let me repeat that… he passed me. 💥
On a trail that demands balance, strength, endurance, and grit, he moved with determination and confidence. No excuses. No hesitation. Just forward progress.
It was such a reminder that limits are often mental. That resilience is stronger than circumstances. That gratitude matters.
Today wasn’t just about reaching the summit — it was about perspective.
If you’re facing something steep in your life right now, remember:
The climb may be hard.
It may be uncomfortable.
It may even feel impossible.
But someone out there is climbing with “less” and still rising higher.
Keep climbing. 🏔️
