It’s common to see people create back tightness, pain or discomfort. You must learn to keep your abdominal wall, and pelvis in line with one another to maintain control.

Once that is established let the lower body do its job and create force from the ground up to allow expression of power, strength, and speed.

Most people try to fix pain at the joint that hurts.
