It feels like we’re living in heavy times right now.
Uncertainty. Noise. Stress. Constant input.

And while we can’t always control the world around us…
we can support the nervous system inside of us.

When stress is chronic, cortisol rises, blood sugar fluctuates, magnesium gets depleted, sleep suffers, and inflammation quietly increases.
Your body isn’t “dramatic.” It’s protective.

The beautiful part?
Food is information. And some foods gently tell your nervous system:

“You’re safe.”
“You’re nourished.”
“You can soften.”

We had a little family adventure this weekend- it was so much fun! I have to say tho, eating out for multiple days does not make me feel the best. As much as I was looking forward to my own bed, I was just as excited for my own kitchen!! A simple roasted chicken with cabbage, fennel and carrots was the perfect meal!
