If you make this today, you'll have a New Year Immune Boosting Cider waiting for you on the first day of 2026. :)

Make this simple cider for a healthy upcoming winter:

✨ Immune Boosting Spiced Cider ✨

*Ingredients can vary; you can make this your own. I didn't measure anything, just used roots, citrus, herbs and spices that I know promote a strong immune system. I love ginger, so I used a lot of that especially.*

> Fresh sliced ginger
> Fresh sliced turmeric (or powder as I did today)
> Fresh sliced garlic (or minced as I did today)
> Fresh sliced onion
> Fresh sliced lemon
> Whole cloves
> Whole cinnamon sticks, broken in half

>Fill a mason jar with ingredients, then fill up the jar with pure apple cider vinegar from the mother. Seal the lid, give it a little shake and keep on your countertop out of direct sunlight for four weeks to allow the vinegar to draw out all the amazing nutrients from these powerful immune boosting plants.

>At four weeks, strain the cider into bottles to store in your fridge for up to several weeks.

>Consume daily by mixing 1-2 tbsp of cider in 4-8 oz of water and drink.
