Last month, our staff and client volunteers rolled up their sleeves and helped us expand the garden and get everything tucked in for winter. We planted radishes, carrots, peas, lettuce, spinach, garlic, and onion—and the sprouts are already starting to pop up. If all goes well, we’ll be harvesting at the start of spring.

Huge thank you to City Bark for providing seriously good soil and to Home Depot for their donation that helped us stock up on tools. This is just the first chapter in transforming our outdoor space into a lively therapeutic garden. Follow along—there’s so much more to come. 🌱✨

🍁 Rain or shine, it's time! 🍂 Time to clean up the flowerbeds, bushes and building for fall and prep for winter. Volunteers will be assigned an area with specific tasks to complete, such as weeding, shoveling or spreading mulch, pressure washing, picking up trash, etc.

Thank you for all the support last week! Family Solutions has been providing critical mental health services to children and youth in SWWA for 24 years and we appreciated the opportunity to connect with our community during our GM24 campaign. 🍎 October food pantry schedule 🍎

We partner with Share of Vancouver and the Clark County Food Bank to host free food pantries at several schools throughout each month. These pantries are open to all VPS families, regardless of which school your child attends.

Please remember to bring your Clark County Food Bank intake card if you have one, or a list of birthdays for everyone in your household.
