We’re on the lookout for a friendly, organized, and reliable individual to join our team at the front desk! If you love helping people, have great communication skills, and enjoy working in a wellness-focused environment — we’d love to meet you!
Position: Front Desk Receptionist
Location: 202 E. McLoughlin blvd. Vancouver WA
Hours: 9:00am- 6:00pm M,W,F. 8:30-5:00pm tue. Closed Thursdays & weekends
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities include:
✅ Greeting patients with a warm smile
✅ Answering phones and scheduling appointments
✅ Managing patient records and insurance info
✅ Keeping the front office organized and running smoothly
Experience in customer service or a medical office is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person!
