Happy belated St. Patrick’s Day! ☘️
We enjoyed a day full of shenanigans and fun, highlighted by a talented harpist playing traditional Irish tunes. Residents also savored delicious pastries from our amazing kitchen while spending quality time together and enjoying each other’s company. 💚

We had an amazing Asian-inspired Tea party last weekend! Our wonderful active living coordinator, Jennifer told the tales of her trip to China and shared what her experiences were like. ✨💛

It was a fabulous day of learning and growing together as community while enjoying new foods with good friends.

We had the loveliest afternoon welcoming special guests from the Oregon Zoo, all thanks to the generosity of our wonderful resident, Leslie Fordham, who sponsored this incredible experience for our community.

We enjoyed learning about the zoo’s inspiring conservation efforts to help protect and preserve animals and birds around the world. A heartfelt thank you to Mike Hogan, Rachel Ritchason, and Rachel Patterson for sharing your knowledge and making the presentation both entertaining and informative. We are so excited for your next visit!✨

We had the pleasure of sitting down with one of our amazing CNAs, who also happens to be a very knowledgeable naturalist! 🌿 She recently returned from some incredible travels and graciously took time out of her busy schedule to share stories, insights, and highlights from her adventures.

On Valentine’s Day we all enjoyed a day of love laughter and had a good time playing Blackjack and Craps from Party Team, a rousing game of Bingo and listening to the Cooley Show! We hope you took a moment in the day with people you love and enjoyed a laugh or a special moment like we all did!❤️

Last week, we had a 1950s Class Reunion for our community just for fun, and oh boy, did we have lots of it! We got to visit with our neighbors from The Park and enjoy a wonderful live performance by Chris Foster, who played all the best rock ’n’ roll classics from the era.

We had so much fun showing off our best dance moves! 🕺🏻💃

A huge thank you to our creative and talented kitchen staff, who delivered classic diner sliders, onion rings, and root beer floats, along with snickerdoodle cookies for dessert. 🍪

Afterwards, many residents brought out their photos and yearbooks and spent time reminiscing with friends and neighbors long after the music stopped. ✨

Last night’s Super Bowl Sunday party was a blast! The food was amazing and there was team spirit all around, thanks to everyone who came out. We had the best time! 🙌

So many fun moments last week! 🎉 We kept Bingo lively with special rounds of Plant Bingo, enjoyed an outing to the new IHOP just around the corner, and wrapped up the week by creating Valentine’s Day cards full of love. ❤️

The other day we took a trip down to the Portland Expo Center for the annual Portland Dog Show!!!! ✨🐕

So exciting to see all of the different pups and we learned about different grooming techniques and what judges are looking for in different breeds. Overall we just had a lot of dog-gone fun!🐶
