We had a fabulous time with harpist Jini O’Flynn during happy hour yesterday! ✨🪉

We enjoyed learning about several ancient carols and then hearing them performed on the harp. It was such a meaningful way to bring more peace to the spirit of this holiday season!

The 4th graders from Cornerstone Christian Academy joined us for a cozy social, launching a new monthly program where they’ll spend time with our residents and learn about kindness, service, and community connection.
We can’t wait to watch these friendships grow! ✨😊

Our amazing culinary team prepared a delicious traditional Thanksgiving meal, and we loved spending time with friends and family making cherished memories together.

We celebrated Veteran’s Day today with our neighbors over at The Park at University Village, and with some wonderful volunteers from The Patriot Guard Riders. They were so generous with their time and efforts to ensure that our Veterans felt honored and recognized.

There were more than a few poignant moments. One of which was when our entire community witnessed the presentation of the American Flag and we shared in the reciting of the Pledge of Allegiance together as a community. We ended our visit with refreshments and some new friends.

Our Halloween Happy Hour & Bingo mash-up was a hit, with a costume contest, fun tricks, and plenty of treats to go around! 🍬 Wishing everyone a sweet and cozy weekend and week ahead🍁

We have a new ping-pong table from some wonderful new neighbors that moved in a few weeks ago and we’re all having so much fun with it! We’re also continuing to work on our balance in class everyday and still getting out and about to enjoy each other’s company!

We had such a lovely Sunday this week! We were honored to host a recital for the students at Vancouver Music Academy and their families! We heard some wonderful music from classical pieces to theme music from films, such as Harry Potter! It was a pleasure for Residents and staff alike! May your day be filled with music like ours was!
