Try this gentle Arm/Shoulder Roll technique to release tension and practice being present.

โžก๏ธ How to do it Mindfully:
Release: Let your arms relax completely.
Roll: Roll your shoulders slowly in one direction (up, back, down) for 5 smooth, continuous movements.
Notice: Pay attention to the feel of the muscles stretching and relaxing. This is your mind being present!
Reverse: Roll 5 times in the opposite direction.
