From our Oktoberfest celebration, to Trunk-or-Treat, our First-Annual Manager Soup Cookoff for the team, festive crafts, scenic bus rides, and plenty of music and dancing, our community was full of laughter, smiles, and connection all month long. 💜

A huge thank you to our Dining Services Manager, Matt, and his amazing team for preparing the delicious food — and to our Activity Director, Nicole and Community Relations Manager, Sandi, for planning and hosting such a wonderful event last week. 💜

💜 This is the cause. These are the people we serve. Alzheimer’s touches the lives of our residents, their families, and our team every single day — and it is why we walk.

Our White Oak Village team, joined by family members and our beloved resident Phil, came together in Vancouver for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s. Step by step, we walked with hope for a future without this disease. We walked to honor the courage of those living with memory loss, to support the families who walk this journey alongside them, and to keep faith that one day there will be a cure.

We are proud to fundraise, raise awareness, spread love, and stand together in this fight. Because until there’s a world without Alzheimer’s, we walk. 🌿💜
