The purpose of the Sacred Rhythm Night Drumming Circle is to create a shared rhythm of connection, community, and healing. This is an improvisational musical experience that feeds the soul and honors the beauty of release and self-expression.

What to expect:
• Opening introductions and grounding breath
• Discussion on honoring the four cardinal directions
• Sharing ideas and interests for future drum circles
• Offering gratitude to the four directions
• Group drumming — one person begins a beat, others join when ready
• Multiple drumming rounds, with the first serving as a warm-up
• Closing circle with grounding breath, reflection, gratitude, and space to share what arose

Join In Community Tonight with Breathsong Flute Circle-

Breathsong Flute Circle is a contemplative gathering rooted in breathing, in listening, and in community practice. Similar in spirit to a drum circle, participants sit together in a shared field of sound expressing energy and resonance through the ancient medium of the flute — exploring tone, silence, and connection without performance or pressure.
This is a shared space for mutual exploration, and all experience levels are welcome. Bring a flute if you have one, or come simply to listen and participate in the collective atmosphere.
Intention: grounding, resonance, curiosity, and presence.

A limited number of instruments will be available for purchase at cost. Feel free to contact shaun_elligott@live.com to reserve one if you like.

A workshop series exploring how your inner world shapes the life you create. This series explores five foundational elements that influence what we create in our lives: clarity, identity, safety, patterns, and frequency.

Each gathering includes guided reflection, discussion, and simple experiential practices designed to help participants better understand how their inner patterns shape the life they experience. Sessions may be attended individually or as part of the series.

Participants will leave with practical tools and insights to help align their inner world with the life they want to create. Clarity: Discover What You Truly Want in Life Many people feel stuck not because they lack motivation, but because they’ve never taken the time to discover what they truly want.

This session explores how desire, intention, and focus shape the direction of our lives and why clarity is often the first step toward meaningful change.
Participants will explore what they genuinely want—separate from expectations, obligations, or what they believe they should want.

Through guided reflection and experiential practices, participants will begin identifying what truly matters to them and how to direct their energy toward the life they want to create.

Somatic awareness is the ability to notice what is happening inside your body in real time.

Your body is constantly sending signals to your brain through the nervous system. Things like muscle tension, breathing patterns, heart rate, and internal sensations all provide information about how your body is responding to the world around you.

When we practice somatic awareness, we intentionally bring attention to these signals rather than ignoring them.

This might look like noticing
- A tight jaw or shoulders
- A slow or shallow breath
- A calm, steady heartbeat
- The feeling of your feet grounded on the floor

By observing these sensations without judgment, we begin to understand how our nervous system responds to stress, relaxation, and emotion.

Somatic awareness is not about thinking more.
It is about feeling and noticing.

The more we listen to the body, the easier it becomes to regulate stress, find balance, and stay connected to the present moment.

Last night at The Butterfly Effect 🦋✨

This gathering was pure magic. A beautifully attuned sound bath experience with Beecon’s Yoga was a reminder of the beauty we each carry within us. Even when we can’t always see it ourselves. Just like the butterfly and its wings—delicate, powerful, and full of quiet transformation.

Through deep messages and soul truths, Alexandria Vann wrapped this evening in the warm embrace so many of us needed. It was a space of reflection, connection, and remembering who we truly are.

Thank you to every single soul who showed up and helped create the energy of the night. Your presence, your openness, and your hearts are what made the evening what it was.
