If you want true spinal correction, you have to think in the mirror image.

It’s not the adjustment.
It’s the traction.
Research has shown that traction alone can create the same level of structural change as when everything is combined.
That challenges a lot of traditional thinking.
But biomechanically, it makes sense.
If you want consistent, measurable correction of the spine, extension traction is the driver.
You don’t remove adjustments or exercise.
You understand what actually creates the change.
