Motiva Implants® are made using a dip process, where layers of silicone are built around a precision mold that defines the implant’s shape and projection. The result is the SmoothSilk® surface that surgeons, like me, know and trust.

Every implant is individually inspected by trained specialists to ensure it meets Motiva’s high standards for quality, consistency, and safety.

MOXI laser treatment begins with step one: numbing, where a topical anesthetic is applied to keep you comfortable. Step two: mapping, where the provider carefully maps the treatment area to ensure even and precise coverage. Step three: treatment, when the laser delivers controlled energy to stimulate collagen production and renew the skin. The benefits of MOXI include improved skin tone and texture, reduced sun damage, softer fine lines, and an overall brighter, healthier glow—making it a great option for maintaining youthful, radiant skin. ✨ to schedule a consultation call us 360-823-0860

About Our Doctors

Richard K. Green, MD, FACS, grew up in the Chicago area and graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame in 1985. He then attended the University of Illinois Medical School at Chicago, graduating in 1989.

Dr. Green trained in both General Surgery and Plastic Surgery at Loyola University at Chicago, finishing in 1995. He then completed a Hand and Microvascular fellowship at the University of Utah Medical School in Salt Lake City in 1996. He is board certified in Plastic Surgery with a Certificate of Added Qualification in Surgery of the Hand. Recently, Dr. Green has become recognized as an expert in aesthetic laser technology and he now regularly travels about the country lecturing on this subject to physicians and other providers of these services.

Dr. Green is a believer in doctor-patient communication. He wants his patients to be as fully informed as possible and feel very comfortable asking anything about their procedure and care.

Dr. Green is happily married with three children and an overeager springer spaniel. He is President-Elect the Vancouver Rotary Club, plays guitar frequently at St. Thomas More Parish in Portland and serves on the board of the Seattle-based Fulcrum Foundation, which supports Catholic education in Western Washington. When not working, he enjoys golf, yoga, and fly-fishing.
