Hello everyone!

I'll be out of the office 4/27-4/30. I will be back ready to see your beautiful faces May 4 (May the fourth be with you lol).

This trip I return to Puerto Rico to finish up my advanced training in cranial techniques to further support yours and your child's healing. 48 hrs of training has been a lot of work but, so worth it to see what has already been happening within my practice, the healing is pretty magical!

I will also be spending a few days with my family in Florida, so I will be coming back refreshed and excited to continue helping you all feel your best!

These are way too real 😂

Most moms don’t get checked after birth… unless something feels really wrong.

And even then, a lot of what you’re feeling gets brushed off as “just postpartum.”

This event is really a great support for our community! I will be here with a booth answering any questions about chiropractic in regard to pregnancy and pediatric care and probably some sort of a fun thing at my booth.

Come get some free resources and/or participate in the race! This event is to support maternal mental health and family wellness, which is so important and often overlooked.

This event is being put on by and The Rooted Collective, which I am a member of.

“I don’t have time to get an adjustment.”

I hear this from parents all the time.
