Do you have foot pain these 3 stretches can help.

🦵 Standing calf stretch: step one foot back, heel down, back knee straight, lean forward into a wall.
🦵 Standing Soleus Stretch: similar to the above but bend the knee slightly while keeping your heel on the ground.
🦵 Heel Drop: place your foot on a deep and have your heel lower. Lean into the stretch.

The stretches should feel good, no pain. If you have pain don't stretch as deep.
