📣 Important Announcement from Appalachian Family Care, LLC

After nearly 20 years of serving our community, Appalachian Family Care, LLC will be ceasing operations. Our last day of service will be Tuesday, December 2nd.

This difficult decision comes due to a combination of factors, including ownership health concerns and retirement, declining insurance reimbursement rates, rising operational expenses, and the ever-changing landscape of healthcare. We are incredibly grateful for the trust and support this community has shown us over the past two decades.

🗓 Remaining Open Dates Before Closure:

Monday, November 24th

Tuesday, November 25th

Monday, December 1st

Tuesday, December 2nd (Final Day of Operation)
