Running a woman-owned massage studio means a few things happen daily:

✨ muscles get fixed
✨ stress gets kicked out the door
✨ someone forgets where they put their phone
✨ and at least one of us says, “I could really use a massage too.”

We’re a team of women who genuinely love helping people feel better… even if we’re surviving on coffee, dry shampoo, and good vibes some days. ☕💆‍♀️

Here’s your friendly reminder that stress, tight shoulders, and that weird knot by your shoulder blade don’t fix themselves.

We’re just a group of women over here fixing backs, solving problems one knot at a time, and quietly rooting for you to take better care of yourself.

Her work is rooted in radical curiosity and a deep conviction to facilitate safety, confidence, and self-trust through the integration of spirit, mind, and body. Stephanie offers hands-on energy healing sessions rooted in chakra and Taoist traditions. These sessions blend client intentions with intuitive clearing and somatics, providing opportunities for healing, clarity, and energetic shifts—whether you’re navigating life transitions, acknowledging and respecting patterns that no longer serve you, or simply seeking to feel more grounded in your own truth.
