A little distraction for this busy little 16 month old. Mom wanted to get him in for a secession before going out of town. Getting aligned before a long flight was the objective for this mommy & son duo 🤍 Thriving on vacation helps the happiness so around 🤘🏼

CST works on three main systems in the body- immune- nervous system and endocrine system. By gently releasing fascial tension patterns and restrictions in the structure which puts more strain on these systems, the body can naturally reset

CST creates better conditions in the body to fight infection and for the immune system to do its job. Boosting parasympathetic state ( rest and digest) - improved circulation of fluids and lynph. Better sleep which helps with immune support.

Got the cutest text yesterday, Little Baby was so chill the day after CST. Babies can become relaxed & releasing tension calms the nervous system. That’s why a lot of babies seem so calm after a treatment 🫶🏻

Love seeing these little before and afters. WOW, this one is truly amazing. Facial asymmetries can present following the birth process. The CranioSacral system includes the bones of the face as well. Gentle release can help realign and enhance overall symmetry and alignment 🥰🥹🙏🏼✨

Sharing one of my newer & most adorable little clients. She has been receiving CST since 1 week old and now 10 weeks. She is truly doing great. Had some trouble with breastfeeding but CST has made it a lot easier on her & Mommy 😍
Baby had ties released & it is important to release the whole body because fascial tension can weave through the entirety of the body even after tires are pulled.

For this client it helped impact her taste because cranial works on the cranial nerves directly. It could impact the basic central nervous system function.
