What are the kindest actions you can take today and every day to appreciate your body as if it was your best friend?
Go to bed earlier? A kind word of appreciation or a self-hug? A handful of berries instead of a cookie? An exercise or a stretching routine? A moment of stillness in self-reflection? Finding a way to provide that TLC before your body begs for it?
Can we take a moment to listen and observe, as if we were listening to a dear friend who may not be very verbal?
How can we support this beautiful friendship every day while paying respect and honoring our most special of friends who works so hard to provide us with strength, vitality, and happiness every moment of our life?
