New to Sandplay? Then its's time to learn the fundamentals with Ellen and Joe! ☺️

This APA approved course is an introduction to sandplay therapy which is an expressive play therapy method based on the work of Carl Jung and developed by Dora Kalff. Sandplay has been proven to be effective with ALL ages.

The client uses a sand-tray, water, and hundreds of miniature objects to create scenes, designs, and pictures which reflect the conscious and unconscious contents of the psyche. Through the process of play and the relationship with the therapist, the client can address traumatic events, regulate emotions, increase executive functioning, foster individuation, and access the healing power of the Self.

When we cannot live with the tension of the opposites, we tend to swing from one extreme to the other, or focus intensely on the one in order to drown out the other side that we feel is not as valid. – maybe because we think we “should” feel a certain way, or one feeling is not acceptable to us.
