A Florida licensed physical therapist is needed for a PRN position in a small outpatient clinic, where you will provide one-on-one patient treatments, focusing on individualized care within the scope of your license; essentially, you'll work flexible hours as needed to see patients in a small practice setting, with a focus on direct, one-on-one therapy sessions.
Potential responsibilities may include:
Conducting initial patient evaluations
Developing individualized treatment plans
Implementing manual therapy techniques
Providing exercise instruction and patient education
Communicating with referring physicians and other healthcare providers
Maintaining accurate patient documentation
Qualifications typically sought:
Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program, Current Florida Physical Therapist license, Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred, Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills, and Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
