“Now that the New Year is almost upon us, it is always a great time to start anew, to make a fresh start. One of the ways to make a fresh start is to practice ‘Letting Go’. Let go of the past, let go of the excuses, let go of the negative way of thinking, let go of grudges, let go of where you thought you’d be and embrace where you are going, let go of everything that is holding you back.

Another way to make a fresh start is determination and persistence. Once you have your goals set, be determined and persistent enough to see it through. You can have a plan, but if you do not have determination, it’s just a plan. Whatever it is that you want to accomplish, don’t ever give up! Know what you want and be determined enough to make your dreams become a reality.
