Michael Ciccarone, APRN is our autonomous nurse practitioner that sees both cash pay and insured patients.

Michael Ciccarone was born and raised in Florida before attending college in Johnson City, TN where he resided for 13 years. He initially graduated from Milligan College with his Bachelor of Science ln Biology before deciding to enter the field of nursing. Michael graduated Suma Cum Laude from East Tennessee State University’s accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing program in 2017. He began his work as a registered nurse in the cardiac step down unit in Johnson City where he gained experience caring for critically ill patients.

As he transitioned out of the hospital and into outpatient urgent care medicine, Michael realized his desire to continue his education and provide a higher level of care for his patients. He attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville where he graduated with honors from the Doctor of Nursing Practice program, the highest level of formal nursing education. In 2021, Michael went on to get board certified in Family Nurse Practitioning with the ANCC and recently obtained his autonomous advanced practice license in the state of Florida allowing him to practice medicine without the supervision of a physician.

Michael is passionate about providing his patients with the most up to date evidence based care, as well as equipping his patients with the knowledge to make informed medical decisions tailored to their personal health goals.

Outside of the office Michael enjoys hiking while visiting in Tennessee, listening to music, and quality time with his cat named Kali.

Michael’s working schedule is Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm (closed for lunch 12-1pm) and Friday 8am-12:30pm.

FALLING IGUANAS POSSIBLE! 🥶🦎 Heads up (literally) for Tuesday morning across Florida. The iguanas are not dead, just temporarily stunned and immobilized from the cold...especially if it drops below 45°. Only in Florida!

Dr Pamela Miller is accepting patients on a concierge level with MDVIP. (*We STILL bill insurance for office visits as a concierge patient. Your yearly concierge fees cover the very detailed testing with visit to discuss all with Dr Pam, NON acute & acute same day established patient appointments, and Dr Miller on call for out of office hours issues).

Nurse practitioner Michael Ciccarone is NOT concierge BUT is accepting all insurances listed here. Same day sick/acute visit appointments for established patients and booking 3-4 weeks out for new patients.
