I wanted to talk about how is it that you talk to yourself everyday? Are you the type of person who has self doubt and insecurities? Or an overly confident person who is over the top?
Well then you are probably like most of us in the world lol π your not alone! That's why
Mornings are the most important part of your day. It is the time of day that the subconscious mind is listening to your thoughts.
This is the part of the mind that influences your actions and feelings.
In order to get your mind trained & on the right track, make sure that after you wake up you set your intentions as to (what it is that you want to accomplish for the day) i am going to do my taxes, im going to vote, and im going to make $400 today OR (just by simply talking to yourself in a kind manner)
I am strong, i am resilient, i am going to open up doors to new opportunities that are waiting for me today! This is just like saying daily affirmations to yourself π
You can either say them outloud or write them down, either way works well or both!
By doing this in the morning your training your subconscious mind to put these affirmations into action steps. You may need to do this daily untill you accomplish your desires/goals.
This is going to help you keep your mind positive and thinking positive thoughts will change your life π― Starting today im going to erase every negative thought or disbelief that i have about myself and replace it with a positive thought.
This is going to change your life!
